Know Yourself: Take the time to understand your values and what brings you joy.

Be Yourself: Embrace your quirks, passions, and uniqueness. Don't waste energy pretending to be someone you're not.

Love Yourself: Practice self-compassion (here's a helpful resource). Treat yourself with kindness and respect. You deserve it.

A few years ago, I was at the dentist's office with one of my kids who uses they/them pronouns. When the dentist came out to the waiting room to give me her report, she kept using the wrong pronouns for my kid.
